Accessibility

Effective October 8, 2026

We built this site for older adults and their families, so it should be easy to read and use. What we have done:

• Text size control. The A A A buttons at the top of every page make all text larger, and the site remembers your choice on your device.
• Large, clear targets. Buttons and form choices are big and spaced out, and nothing important appears only when you hover.
• Keyboard and screen readers. You can use every page without a mouse. Links are underlined, a "skip to content" link comes first, form questions have labels, and focus is shown with a thick amber outline.
• Readable colors and motion. Text has strong contrast, and animations are turned off if your device asks for reduced motion.
• A person on the phone. Anything on the site can also be done by calling us.

We are always improving. If something is hard to use, or you need information in another format, please tell us and we will help right away.
