[Changes and contact](#changes) ## What we collect **When you ask us to call you,** you tell us who we are helping (yourself, a parent, a spouse or someone else), what kind of help would be useful, when you are thinking of moving, your first name, ZIP code, phone number, email address if you choose to give one, and the time of day you prefer a call. We also keep a record of your consent to be contacted: the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, your IP address, the page you were on and your browser type. **Automatically,** our web host and our security and delivery provider (Cloudflare) process technical data such as your IP address and the pages you request so that the site loads and stays safe. If you arrive from an ad or link, we keep the campaign tags in the address (for example utm_source) so we know which one helped you find us. **On your own device,** the text size you pick (A, A, A) is remembered in your browser so the site looks the way you set it. It is not sent to us. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads. **We do not collect** your Social Security number, bank or card numbers, Medicare or Medicaid ID, medical details, or government ID. ## How we use it To call you at the time you chose, to match you with the right partners, to keep a record of your consent, to prevent spam and abuse, and to understand how people find and use the site. We do not use what you tell us to make decisions about your credit, insurance or benefits. ## Who we share it with With the senior living communities, senior move managers, real estate professionals and care agencies in our network who may contact you about the help you asked for. These partners are independent businesses; once they have your details they handle them under their own privacy practices. They pay us a referral fee when they serve a family we introduce; you are never charged. We also use service providers that help us run the site and our lead records, including Cloudflare (delivery and security), Google (fonts) and a lead management system operated by IMLeverage, LLC. We do not sell your information to unrelated marketers. ## Your choices and rights **Do not sell or share my information.** Some state privacy laws treat sharing contact details with partners who pay a referral fee as a "sale" or "sharing". If you live in a state that gives you the right to opt out, email [hello@seniortransitionassistance.com](mailto:hello@seniortransitionassistance.com) with the subject "Do not sell or share" and the phone number you used, or call us, and we will stop sharing your information going forward. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see your choices above). ## Children This site is for adults and their families. It is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information. ## Changes and contact If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new date. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
