## What happens when you call

A person answers and asks a few simple questions: who you're helping, what kind of help would be most useful, and when you're thinking of moving. Then, if you'd like, we introduce you to local providers that fit — a community, a move manager, an agent, or a care agency. They call you back; you decide what to do. You can stop at any point, and nobody will pressure you. We don't ask for your Social Security number, bank or card numbers, Medicare or Medicaid IDs, or any medical details.

## Your information and how to opt out

If you've asked us to call you and want us to stop sharing your details with partners, you can opt out at any time. Email [hello@seniortransitionassistance.com](mailto:hello@seniortransitionassistance.com) with the subject line "Do not sell or share" and the phone number you used, or call us and say so. We'll stop sharing your information going forward. See our [Do Not Sell or Share page](https://seniortransitionassistance.com/do-not-sell/) and our [Privacy Policy](https://seniortransitionassistance.com/privacy/) for the full details.

## Questions about contacting us

### Is the call really free?

Yes. Calling us and using the site cost you nothing. We're paid by the partners we introduce, not by you, and there's no obligation to work with anyone we suggest.

### Can I just use the site without calling anyone?

Absolutely. Plenty of people read the guides and never contact us. That's a perfectly good outcome. The information on this site stands on its own.

### What if I'm not the person who needs help?

That's the most common situation — an adult child calling for a parent. We're set up for it. Just tell us who you're helping and the best way to reach them, or you.

### Do you share my number with lots of companies?

No. We share your details only with the partner or partners who may call you back about the help you asked for, and you can opt out of sharing at any time. We do not sell your information to unrelated marketers.
